Wei Yu is a Ph. D candidate in clinical psychology at Beijing Normal University, class of 2017 and a research assistant here at Weill Cornell Medicine's Center for Research on End of Life Care. She recieved her B.S. in psychology from Beijing Normal University in 2012.
Her research examines the nature and predictors of Prolonged Grief within the Chinese population. Now, she focuses on how to develop and evaluate interventions that reduce grief symptoms. She is also interested in examining the influence of relationship communication on mental heath in breast cancer survivors and their spouses.
